Our Returns Promise

We want you to love every Aurein product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty or damaged.

How to Return

  1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Securely package your item(s) and send them to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
