Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT may be processed the following business day.

UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £4.95 — Free on orders over £75
• Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £8.95
• Next Day Delivery (order before 12pm): £12.95

International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

• Europe: 5–8 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
